The water pan which was constructed by NIB to harvest water for irrigation is currently being misused as a swimming pool by some naughty youths.

“I went to my farm and realized that some of my sugarcane was missing, without hasting, I traced the thieves with assistance from a passerby who saw them jumping over the fence,” said Musa Chemjor.

Sugarcane peels were all over the place, this served as evidence that it was stolen. When the culprits realized that they were being followed they jumped into the water pretending that they were swimming.

Mr. Chemjor who was furious; scared them with a big rough rungu .
"Guka, if you expose us to the public, we will throw you into the dam’’ said the worried youths.
Mr. Chemjor screamed for help from the public.
