The increasing number of motorbike accidents involving school children in Marigat District, in the past one week, has now reached a point of concern for the residents and law abiding citizens.
An eye witness said that the young man tried to avoid a pothole and thus lost control.
An incident was reported on Sunday at the Kenya Agricultural Research Institute (KARI) route, when a moterbike rolled injuring two.Another student still, rolled on Logumgum -Longewan road.

The increasing number of motorbike accidents involving school children in Marigat District, in the past one week, has now reached a point of concern for the residents and law abiding citizens.
Most schools
are closed and the students have access to motorbikes which they ride carelessly
while passing through potholes.
On Friday a motorbike rider veered off the
road just a stone throw away from Viewpoint resort, next to Kapchereren slope. An eye witness said that the young man tried to avoid a pothole and thus lost control.
An incident was reported on Sunday at the Kenya Agricultural Research Institute (KARI) route, when a moterbike rolled injuring two.Another student still, rolled on Logumgum -Longewan road.
They sustained minor injuries and bruises.
"Can somebody do something before it is long to save our dear youths
during this festive holiday," posed one of the eye witness.
